How to Cancel
- Log into your RushCarz account
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
- Contact your bank if refund doesn't appear after 10 days
Modifications
You can modify your booking (date/time/car) up to 24 hours before pickup without cancellation charges, subject to availability.
Emergency Cancellations
In case of medical emergencies or flight cancellations, contact us immediately. We may offer special consideration with valid proof.
