1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from RushCarz, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Provide valid identification and address proof
• Have a clean driving record

2. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking
• A security deposit may be required
• Prices are subject to change based on demand and season

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• 50% charge for cancellation within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Follow all traffic rules and regulations
• Return the vehicle on time with full fuel tank
• Keep the vehicle clean and undamaged
• Report any accidents or damages immediately

5. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles cannot be taken outside specified geographic limits
• No smoking or pets allowed inside vehicles
• Only authorized drivers can operate the vehicle
• Commercial use of rental vehicles is prohibited
